Both employees were personable and respectful. Matt really took the time to investigate our low-water pressure problem, do what he could to our tankless to make sure that it was in its best working order, and guide us with our questions. Tyler supported Matt with investigating the problem.

Pretty fast and transparent.

Paul did a great job! He didn't have his extra set of hands helping him but he still got the job done very quickly! Install looks great!

Very nice guys. The job was done clean and fast!

This was my first experience with DRF. Paul was extremely professional, provided excellent service and installation services. He took the time to answer questions on other plumbing issues and ensured I had a quality experience. I highly recommend DRF (and Paul).

Very satisfied with Andy and Sergio. They fixed my kitchen sink leak very fast.

Courteous, efficient and professional.
