I was impressed with their courteous and professional service with the installation of two hot water tanks. Andy informed me of the installation process as well as the estimated timeframe for completion. After the installation was completed Andy and Jose cleaned up and removed all debris to include both tanks. Andy was very knowledgeable in answering any questions that I had.

They arrived earlier than expected. They were very respectful of my home. They left my house in good order. They explained the work done and made sure I understood. They also reviewed some other current systems in my house to determine if replacement was necessary.

Both Tim and Jason exhibited the following: VERY professional, pleasant patient,. personable, approachable, knowledgeable of the company business, friendly, caring, genuine and are great listeners. I could go on and on. They came to my home to do a job. They did even more that was just as important which was to bring all those outstanding qualities or characteristics with them. I was very impressed with their service from the minute they arrived. Important to mention they came just the other day to my home to do a job and I didn’t get a chance to do a review on them. Well this review goes for today and the other day as well. The two of them really make DRF look good. DRF certainly take care of their customers.

I will definitely go through Home Depot and use DRF Plumbing for our future needs. Kevin and his associate installed a new toilet for us today. We purchased the toilet through Home Depot and they w outed us an exact price to have it installed. This was 50% less in cost than the exact toilet we had installed in another bathroom last year by a popular, reputable plumbing company. Kevin and his associate not only removed the old toilet that we’ve had for 24 years, but offered to clean the floor underneath before installing the new one!! Then they took the time to caulk around the toilet base since my young grandsons use the toilet and aren’t always accurate!!!
