From when I called Home Depot and gave them the information and they sent it over to you guys. I’ve been treating nothing but with respect and kindness. Everyone was efficient. I called last night and was able to get my new water heater put in today. I appreciate everyone’s effort to make this possible thank you.

Eric was very personable and very patient with my questions about the numerous plumbing problems spanning 2 floors. He and Will were very professional and efficient. They had to return later to doublecheck on an issue with the toilet (funny story there...) Afterwards Eric took the time to make sure my signatures were correct on the ipad, while somehow Will and my sister did some type of auntie/nephew bonding over puppies and loud music (I know, right!). A good experience overall with these two!

Both Rob and Leo were extremely professional, answered all my questions with respect, no matter how dumb my questions were. They took care to protect and cleaned up very well when they were done. Based on the level of service they provided, I would most certainly consider DRF for future plumbing needs!
