Robert and Leo were a great team! They were courteous and professional while going about their work. They explained the work to be done and kept us in the loop on their progress. They did a thorough job to be sure that our new water heater not only worked properly, but was installed safely. I would definitely recommend them!

Just late but were quick and very professional

Delivered the project on time with no errors excellent communication cleaned up very well after themselves

They were so nice and helpful! They did a great job!

Andy and Jorge where incredibly respectful, worked quickly, and did a great job. Jorge was very helpful throughout the process, always working and being incredibly courteous the entire time. Andy was obviously familiar with the job and did a great job ensuring everything was done quickly and with quality craftsmanship. Excellent service from both of the gentlemen.

Eric and Will were both helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain the task from the beginning to the end. They were very conscience of our property, removal of the old & installation of the new. After the install they explained its operation and maintenance. They explained our future options & what to do in case of emergency. They went over the process of the pilot valve operation and settings & explained the warranty. They also explained the other services that DRF offered. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks !

Very nice, qualified, professional, and friendly team! Cared for my home and did great work!

They were great at explaining what they needed, what they had done and how to reach out in case of any problems

I really appreciate they went above and beyond to ensure that I had good cold water pressure when they install installed the faucet and discovered the cold water pressure was lacking. I really appreciated that extra bit of effort to ensure the job was done perfectly

These guys were awesome and very efficient.
