Andrew & Kevin resolved the issue that were leftover from the plumbing service on 09/19/2025.. The technicians at DRF are professional technicians. I greatly appreciated the service provided and will definitely use the service again .

Professional, fast and nice!

The gentlemen who did the installation were very polite and finished the work quickly. The installation was great. I don't like that I was stuck with the packaging and large box to throw away. I don't remember being stuck with it last time your company installed, and whenever I get a new appliance I never get stuck with the large packaging to dispose of. For the amount I paid I would think you could get rid of that since you're taking the old water heater with you. If this is the normal protocol, then it is not the fault of the installers. I'm just unhappy with being stuck with this part in general.

Both Ryan and Francisco were very professional. They took time to protect our new flooring with mats and were very careful removing and installing our new water heater. The installation is very clean and completed in a timely fashion. Before leaving they asked if I had any questions and pointed out where to find the emergency stop procedure and numbers to call if there are issues.

Both of the guys were nice, helpful, cleanly and professional. They got the job done and it didn't take too long. They even managed to do it without shutting off the main water line to my building.
