Tyler did an outstanding job installing two water heaters today. Working alone, he was neat and protected the working area and other parts of the home as he removed the old heaters and installed the new ones.

The work seems to be fine. Only one concern: when they tossed the tools in the bucket I thought it might crack the floor tile, but it was okay.

Robert was outstanding! He was professional and went above and beyond to provide great service installing my new water heater despite the hardships my old house presented him. He also had the best boots.

They stayed cool even though they had to reinstall the new water heater as the replacement was defective. Organized and clean.
