The technicians did an excellent job. However, the customer service reps input the wrong call for service multiple times, inputting that it was a maintenance request, not that the hot water wasnt working. No fault on the techs that had to come out 2 days in a row to fix the actual issue. The 1st rep I spoke to, blew me off and told me to call navien. The 2nd rep scheduled the wrong ticket for service. 3rd rep said they were on their way first thing in the morning, but then demoted us from being a priority call so techs didnt get here until 6pm when Navien was unavailable and tried their best but couldnt fix it. The techs that came out today did great.

Quick/neat/efficient

Kevin and Erik were very professional and explained the process to install the water heater. They were also very neat on their work.

Quick and easy, men were professional and completed the job in the allotted time.

The installation and thoroughness was great. Very polite however they dripped rusty water up tye stairs and all the way out of the house. Not sure I will be able t9 get those stains out. Perhaps covering steps or double wrapping old product before carrying out. Left quite a mess to be cleaned up and not sure the rust stains will come out of the new carpet on steps. When asked about it, I was told that they wrapped the old heater but water will be water.
