They not only swapped out the heaters but also added fittings to adjust for the new heater, and they provided overview information on the heater, next steps on the process and answered questions before leaving. There were several complications in getting the old unit out but Robert and Andreas solved them all. I told him I didn't think this is something I could do in a week myself and they did it in an afternoon. Good work also by Andreas, who is in his apprenticeship.
