Both Robert and Andres were diligent and very professional in their work. They kept me apprised of every nuance of the unassembling, removal, modifications and added intelligent / common sense features during the install. They were very cautious and considerate of the surrounding mechanical room area, furnace and air conditioning ductwork and the carpeting outside that area. They had some great suggestions and thoughtful insights for me while the water system was repressurizing. They were very courteous, informative and patient with any questions I had. The install went great and it was a pleasure having them here to ake care of our water heater issue. Kudos to DRF for having these techs as team members with your company. I definitely would be happy to see them again if another issue would come up, and recommend them by name with high praise.
