Fantastic service. The price was almost $1200 less for a hot water heater that had double the warranty (12 year versus 6 year). Also have a 1 year price guarantee. The plumbers were very friendly kept me informed of what was going on, and explained what they were doing and why. I highly recommend DRF plumbing. They exceeded my expectations and if needed I will use their service again.

When they arrived, the realized that the tank I ordered wouldn't fit. Made some calls, was able to get the right size tank an was able to complete the job, before I had to leave out for work instead of coming back tomorrow.

Paul and Andres were prompt (in fact they arrived earlier than expected), professional and very conscientious in doing their job installing our water heater. After installation they explained everything we needed or might need in the future regarding the operation of the new water heater. Overall, they did a fantastic job!
