ANDY & Francisco provided excellent & efficient service & answered all my questions and concerns. We do live in a large condominium property you and DRF might want to consider extending the services to the rest of this community that could use their expertise.

I am so glad I chose this company to handle my water heater. When I woke up and seen my water heater busted I literally thought my life was over. I know nothing about this subject. But the two individuals sent to help me was amazing. Robert made sure I understood why the size I picked with one work. He explained to me how codes and that my new unit would fail if it was touching anything. So Robert got on the phone and found the perfect size and help keep the payment in my price range. It was so amazing having a company come in to help and NOT upsell during a sensitive time. After everything was finalized Eddie went and got the unit which didn’t take long at all. They worked together and made sure to keep the area safe. I kept bothering them to make sure everything was going well and they both were so polite and professional answering all my questions. We got the water back on and they explained how the process worked which I was excited about because I had no idea how it worked. Eddie then explained how to light the water heater or change the temperature. He was very informative and knowledgeable in the subject. I walked away from his conversation feeling confident about changing the settings if needed. Both of them were such great people and I’m so glad this company was able to help me in my time of need. I will use them again in the future.

Both Eddie and Robert was professional and knowledgeable they offered to take care of an additional issue that I had checked with the company to make sure that they were able to fix another problem I agreed and I was very thankful that they offered that service they were quick efficient and I am happy for the service they provided I will give 10 Stars
