The Technicians were well prepared and well skilled. They also informed me of the proper ways to maintain the new heater,and completed the Project in a timely manner. They were also very professional and easy to talk with. I will hire DRF again. Much appreciated.

They were both super polite and very knowledgeable about their work. Took extra time to explain and ensure my water heater/plumbing needs were met. Work completed in the time they estimated too, despite having to do a little extra work to bring my plumbing/venting up to code.
