Courteous and professional, they were done in a reasonable amount of time. Set up was specific to space constraints and explanations were clear about controls.

Robert was very professional and obviously very good at his job. He arrived right on time, was courteous and friendly with my wife and me, and left the kitchen very clean after he finished the installation.

Robert did an amazing job assessing our water heater back drafting situation. He asked questions and determined we should have our chimney inspected to rule out any sort of blockage that could be causing the backdrafting. He stated our water heater venting and the unit itself were in great condition. He also said the backdrafting was very minimal and so was the charring. FYI- your company installed the current water heater for us back in 2011. I am so pleased with how Robert handled this for us. I will highly recommend your company! Thank you.
