Both kept me well informed and went upon and beyond on the installing my water heater. The water nozzle had a slow leak where it turns. They installed a new nozzle. Upon leaving they showed me how to light the pilot light.

Fantastic service. The price was almost $1200 less for a hot water heater that had double the warranty (12 year versus 6 year). Also have a 1 year price guarantee. The plumbers were very friendly kept me informed of what was going on, and explained what they were doing and why. I highly recommend DRF plumbing. They exceeded my expectations and if needed I will use their service again.

When they arrived, the realized that the tank I ordered wouldn't fit. Made some calls, was able to get the right size tank an was able to complete the job, before I had to leave out for work instead of coming back tomorrow.

Robert and Claudio did excellent work replacing the water heater, clearly explaining the installation and answering all my questions. My only concern was their cleanliness. They tracked snow and salt into the house and didn't clean up afterward. It would have been helpful if they had worn boot covers or placed down protective flooring paper. While they removed the larger debris, they left behind smaller items like sheet metal screws and rust from the old water heater. I'm unsure if DRF requires cleanliness or if that's up to the installers, so giving 5 stars for their plumbing work.
