Personable and did a great job

Tyler did a great job installing a new shower combo in our guest bathroom. He paused several times through the project to ask questions, double-check on preferences, and keep me informed on what was happening. I greatly appreciate the level of service and expertise.

They were very efficient, personable and helpful.

Andy and Francisco has been so efficient. They really did a great job.

Great guy. Attention to details. Good communication.

They arrived within the estimated service window. They tackled the harder job first and then the kitchen sink. Both jobs were completed professionally and I think they left the areas cleaner than when they arrived. I watched the work and they were nice enough to explane certain things they were doing politely, maybe becasue I explained that I had done both installations myself years ago and that I was not up to trying it again. I highly recommend these individuals and will call DRF again should I need a plumber. I called DRF this time because of the excellent work another of their plumbers did installing my hot water tank last year. The cost of the repairs were resonable with no complaints.
