Eric was very personable and very patient with my questions about the numerous plumbing problems spanning 2 floors. He and Will were very professional and efficient. They had to return later to doublecheck on an issue with the toilet (funny story there...) Afterwards Eric took the time to make sure my signatures were correct on the ipad, while somehow Will and my sister did some type of auntie/nephew bonding over puppies and loud music (I know, right!). A good experience overall with these two!

Both Rob and Leo were extremely professional, answered all my questions with respect, no matter how dumb my questions were. They took care to protect and cleaned up very well when they were done. Based on the level of service they provided, I would most certainly consider DRF for future plumbing needs!

Absolute professionals- were very patient with my questions, explained everything clearly. I want to call out how old and awkward my house is, with hard to access pipes, uneven surfaces and the guys did an expert job!

Robert and Leo were a great team! They were courteous and professional while going about their work. They explained the work to be done and kept us in the loop on their progress. They did a thorough job to be sure that our new water heater not only worked properly, but was installed safely. I would definitely recommend them!
