I was originally quoted around $380, but after the work was already started, I was informed the total would be over $700. I was not clearly told upfront that installing new pipes would nearly double the cost, and I did not feel I had a real chance to approve the additional cost before it was completed. The pricing and communication were not handled transparently, and I’m very disappointed with the experience.

Andy and Jason were unbelievably fast at installing and removing my dead water heater. They worked so clean that I couldn’t tell they had been there. I’d recommend this team to anyone.
