They were very professional and everything looks and works great.

They were fast, respectful. Explained everything.

These guys are true professionals! They were here promptly, respectful of my home, explained maintenance and cleaned up before they left. And besides all that, they are genuinely nice guys! I will definitely call on your company again as things arise.

Andy and Jose installed my new battery back up sump pump and did a great job! I will call again for more work!

They did an excellent and precise job in a minimal amount of time. They answered all of our questions. I would not hesitate to call DRF again for our next plumbing project. Thanks, guys.

They're fast, clean and thorough. Made time to explain everything that I needed to know.

The service was amazing. I was at Home Depot a little before 11AM. By the time Eric and Claudio arrived I received 5 textes and 5 phone calls. The installation was completed a little before 3 PM THAT DAY! Everyone who I had contact with were courteous, knowledgeable, and competent. I especially send kudos to Eric and Claudio for not only the installation, but also for cleaning up when the job was done. Excellent job!

Friendly and efficient.

They were extremely helpful and took the time to explain what was previously done wrong with the previous water heater and explained the new water heater to me and how it worked. They were very polite and professional.

Both Paul, and Will, were fantastic. Friendly, thorough, considerate. We can’t say enough good things about them. I’d happily work with either of them again. Tell them we said, thanks again!
