Kevin and Eddie were great.They were on time, polite, and professional. They confirmed it was the water heater leaking before they replaced it.As they went through, they double checked things and made sure to explain to me things such as the pilot light and water shut off.When it was done, they gave me time to inspect it and time to ask questions.Every step was done with care. Fully earned five stars.

Sam and Will were very prompt, great communicators, respectful of my home and were in and out quickly. They were both excellent. They left our place clean and spot free - even with a foot of snow outside! I would recommend them and DRF again and can’t say thanks enough.
