Both techs were great and I appreciated the great work they did.

Probably the most courteous, patient service team to ever enter my house. They were polite and treated me with professionalism throughout the whole process. Jorge was extra polite and let me know what he was doing and asked for approval each time he did something. He respectively cut down the box and stacked it neatly by my garage. Very kind people!

It was truly a great experience and I will definitely recommend your company moving forward. Erik carefully explained everything that he was doing as well as let us know how to maintain our new water heater moving forward. Jorge was patient as I went back-and-forth regarding whether or not I should dispose of the old water heater. He went out of his way to be accommodating, which made the whole process that much easier. A truly phenomenal experience and service was provided all the way around. Thank you.

Andres was great. Answered questions, did a summary of service performed, which included locking gate when he finished in backyard. Have 2 dogs so I appreciated him letting me know.

Andries provides excellent service, he is through, and explains in advance what he will be doing, and once finished he walked me through the process. Andries also checked to see if I had questions or concerns. Finally, Andries is very kind and friendly.

Andy and Francisco were very professional, they did the great job, and provided me with a lot of helpful information and advice.

The techs were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Very friendly. All positives. The only negative was there seemed to be a disconnect between the techs installing and the person I spoke to when I was booking the installation. When on the phone, I specifically made a point to mention there was a minor leak from the connnections coming from the water line to the line that goes towards the hot water heater. The person on the phone reassured that all of those fittings would be replaced. The techs told me they usually charge for that. I’m not sure why one would say it’s included the other would say it’s extra. Additionally, the schedule that was discussed yesterday said that they would be here at 8 am which would have allowed me to work. The service didn’t start till about 1:45. I ended up missing work. Aside from that, the service was great.
