Eric and Will were both helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain the task from the beginning to the end. They were very conscience of our property, removal of the old & installation of the new. After the install they explained its operation and maintenance. They explained our future options & what to do in case of emergency. They went over the process of the pilot valve operation and settings & explained the warranty. They also explained the other services that DRF offered. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks !
