The staff was friendly and helpful with scheduling and with our consultation. After the surgery the lady that helped with billing and payment was super kind and supportive. She was patient also.

Dr.Popper explained what was going to happen as well as possible things that could go wrong before beginning. He also continued to confirm my level of comfort during the procedure. Dr. Popper called later that day to check on how I was doing.

My overall experience far exceeded my expectations due to prior experiences. The only notation was a remark made by front day staff who scheduled the appointment the day prior after I left Dr. Schermer office down the hall. I was in terrible pain and was prescribed antibiotics. I provided the referral and thankfully was able to secure an appointment the next day. Upon returning for my appointment while checking in, the schedular walked by and stated. "So you came back" Of course I came back I had to take off from work the day prior due to the excursating pain. Just made me feel a certain kind of way. Dr. Popper was absolutely wonderful. He was caring, patient, kind and very thorough in his approach. He even provided a follow up phone call to check on me. I was blown away. Thank you for such great service.
