My experience was great from the minute I walked in and was welcomed by the very friendly receptionist. Dr. Rushing was wonderful as he listened to my concerns and fixed the issues I was having with my teeth. The next day I was pain free for the first time in 2 years

It’s literally the best place ever. It’s 100x better than Chickfila service. Think of the nicest person you’ve ever met and triple it. These people are wonderful. It’s basically the equivalent to the most high end hotel, restaurant, place you’ve ever been.

To the Practice Management,I am writing to notify you that I will not be moving forward as a patient with your practice.I chose to transition to your office specifically because my previous dentist repeatedly canceled and rescheduled my appointments without notice. I explicitly shared this background when filling out my initial paperwork. Unfortunately, my first experience with your office demonstrated a similar lack of consideration for a patient's time.During my visit, an issue arose with your X-ray machine. I sat in the cleaning chair for approximately 30 minutes before being told I would have to leave and wait for a call to reschedule, as nothing could be done without X-rays. My intake paperwork clearly listed my previous dentist, who took recent X-rays in late 2025. A flexible, patient-first approach would have been to request those records so my cleaning could proceed, with new X-rays scheduled for a later date. Instead, I was simply sent away.Following that, I received an automated message stating I had been booked for a new appointment without anyone consulting me on my availability. When I called to find a time that actually worked with my schedule, I was told the next available opening isn't until August. My original appointment with my previous dentist was supposed to be in February; it is now June, and your office is asking me to wait until late summer because of an equipment failure on your end.While the staff member I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant, the overall experience has been entirely one-sided. This is not a strong or reassuring start for a new patient.Please remove me from your schedule and confirm via email that my patient file has been closed.Regretfully,Jimmy Brown

Friendly staff and dentist made the appointment pleasant and efficient. I loved that they took the time to answer my questions and explain my options. They even used a demo model to help me understand what each option entails. Excellent!
