Dr. Escalante is the best and everyone working at Dry Creek Oral Surgery are fabulous. Getting appointments was very easy and the phones are answered promptly and they were very helpful dealing with my fear and all my questions. So I can’t think of anything that would have improved my experience except not having to have the experience in the first place (not having to have the teeth pulled)

Very efficient with pain management very straightforward wisdom tooth removal could’ve had more detail with postop care instructions rather than that everything’s good

It would have been helpful to have been provided with general information about post-procedure care before the appointment.I was sent home with post-procedure care for another patient which seems like a violation of privacy and HIPPA regulations. Staff was very apologetic when I told them the next day and then I saw that information was identical and not personalized much at all.

Dr Januzzi and his entire staff were amazing and kind.

The only thing I think you could do that would have made my experience better would be to rinse my mouth out, so I could spit all the blood out. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was shocked that my teeth were all covered with dried blood And so I was smiling at everybody, but I didn’t realize that my smile was so bloody that’s it if you could rinse the patients mouth out and make it look better. That would be a big plus.

I have never met a more caring and knowledgeable Oral Surgeon, Dr. Daniel Escalante. He never misses a thing, he's gentle, and listens to my concerns, and his work is perfect. Thank you.
