Unpleasant, Iam not happy about the deceitfulness on codes that are being billed that are elective codes.

Felt comfortable with Dr Jaeger & the assistants. Negative was the waiting room…not great for someone with anxiety as the explanation of implants & the care credit commercial just played on repeat. Something not dental related would’ve been much nicer lol

I took my elderly mother here for a wisdom tooth extraction. They refused to come down on the cost. They wanted to charge $1,600. This is so sad to me. My mother is a low income patient. This should be illegal not to help her. She is a diabetic with a deep cavity!

It went pretty smooth and the doctor was very nice and friendly also explained everything about the procedure.

I wasschedule for oral surgery at 11:00 a.m. I did my paperwork ahead of time when we walked in there was probably 15 people waiting for oral surgery the problem is is they want to over book and I was going to have to wait a long time and I was in pain I'd already fasted I did everything that was required and it was the worst experience of my life never again will I ever go back ever I would rather chew broken Glass

Very professional. I felt welcomed from the time I arrived until the the time I departed. Dr. Jaeger explained my results and offered options. The entire staff was amazing.
