Scheduling was great but the expectations set at scheduling did not match my in office experience. The wait time was grossly excessive. My appointment was at 8:30am and we were not seen for surgery until 12:30pm.

Staff friendly, process smooth, very informative no complaints. Also give Devin a raise she helped me stay calm throughout the process with the anxiety I had.

Unpleasant, Iam not happy about the deceitfulness on codes that are being billed that are elective codes.

Felt comfortable with Dr Jaeger & the assistants. Negative was the waiting room…not great for someone with anxiety as the explanation of implants & the care credit commercial just played on repeat. Something not dental related would’ve been much nicer lol

I took my elderly mother here for a wisdom tooth extraction. They refused to come down on the cost. They wanted to charge $1,600. This is so sad to me. My mother is a low income patient. This should be illegal not to help her. She is a diabetic with a deep cavity!

It went pretty smooth and the doctor was very nice and friendly also explained everything about the procedure.
