I wasschedule for oral surgery at 11:00 a.m. I did my paperwork ahead of time when we walked in there was probably 15 people waiting for oral surgery the problem is is they want to over book and I was going to have to wait a long time and I was in pain I'd already fasted I did everything that was required and it was the worst experience of my life never again will I ever go back ever I would rather chew broken Glass

Very long wait times

Very professional. I felt welcomed from the time I arrived until the the time I departed. Dr. Jaeger explained my results and offered options. The entire staff was amazing.

The office staff and dentist assistant was very pheasant and curtious, greeted with a smile which helped with my anxiety.The dentist explained the procedure clearly.

The administrative portion was a bit confusing where I didn't receive the quote ahead of my appointment as I repeatedly promised. However in the end for the most part everything came together and the Dr and staff did a great job.
