The only issue is that the previous tenants somehow grew mold in the bathroom fan with a lot of black spores on the exterior of the bathroom vent. We have sanitized the vent covering, but will be placing a work order to dismantle/check it out to ensure

I’ve loved living here for the past few years. You’ve renewed our lease for another 14 months and I really couldn’t see myself living anywhere else. Like anywhere there are some hiccups. I strongly feel that communication with management could be greatly improved. There’s usually not a lot of information about what is happening at the property until it is either already happened or it is right about to happen. There’s recently been a couple break-ins, and we have seen an increase in the unhoused living in the area and it’s concerning sometimes when the gate still at work, or the fact that we do not have 24 hour security, I think if we had a 24 hour guest person or 24 hour security guard that would really elevate the Durham height living experience

Overall OK experience. There were some hardships but building management held it together. There could have been a bit more done to help residents during storms/power/water outages (more than just one bottle of water to get you through a week of no running water) I do think stairwells, garage trash areas and hallways could be cleaner. Its probably time for a fresh coat of paint. Also, exterior doors are frequently broken/wont lock, or wont unlock via the app. But all complaints are usually heard and delt with, and the office staff is very kind.

The tour was excellent! The associate Mia giving the tour was very informative but unfortunately I found another apartment that better fit my needs at the moment..thank you

Chavonne sold me from the first initial meeting. She was extremely knowledgeable and it made me feel at home. I’m moving from Cleveland Ohio and this was the first apartments I looked at. Once I left I immediately applied and didn’t even go to the other apartments I had on my list. Love this place and her, I would recommend to anyone.
