I absolutely love living at Durham Heights! The management team and everyone in the office have been amazing from day one. They are always professional, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, they've responded quickly and gone above and beyond to help.The property is well maintained, and it's clear that the entire team takes pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable community. Their communication is excellent, and they consistently make residents feel valued and appreciated.I truly appreciate all of the hard work, dedication, and kindness the staff shows every day. It's refreshing to live in a community where the management team genuinely cares. I highly recommend Durham Heights to anyone looking for a place to call home. Thank you to everyone on the team for making this such a wonderful place to live!

The maintenance staff here is great! I didn't catch the name of the guy who worked on my sink but he's always very quick and efficient with maintenance requests. And Jeremiah, the guy who maintains the grounds is THE BEST. He is always so nice to everyone and listens to their needs. He holds open the door for every resident that walks past and he does it with the friendliest smile. He was even nice enough to give me a lesson on how to operate the barbecue grills effectively. As is the Leasing and Management team, the maintenance staff's service is excellent and they are all a huge reason as to why this property is so great to live in!

I was trying out what would happen if I said it was a low priority. It took like three-four days I think, and that was OK, but I guess I did wonder by the end of the second day or third day whether it was ever going to happen and should have said medium. I’m not sure I ever received an email about it. Couldn’t find any just now when searching. But anyway it got done, so all is well.

He came day of and did what he could to initially address the problem, he communicated clearly that he fixed a relay and the next steps that if it the fridge was still not cold, the fridge would need a new compressor. It is still not cold as to why I said the problem is not fixed but that is due to a part being needed and not at fault of maintenance. I have put in another request to let the team know it is still not cold.

I had 2 issues on this ticket. Ice maker was not working( it has been fixed). The second issue is that the water filter on fridge. The light is on to replace. The light is still on so, I assume the filter was not changed.
