I had 2 issues on this ticket. Ice maker was not working( it has been fixed). The second issue is that the water filter on fridge. The light is on to replace. The light is still on so, I assume the filter was not changed.

Sarah Grace was the associate who was supposed to help us. When we showed up for our scheduled appointment, the door was locked even though the entrance was really busy with a lot of people going in and out. When Sarah Grace had to come open the door, her demeanor was very annoyed. When I told her I had an appointment at that time, she made a face and told me that my appointment was actually 30 minutes later (which was not the case). When she double checked and realized that I actually had an appointment for that time, she did not apologize or say anything reassuring. Instead, she chose to double down aggressively, saying that I had scheduled 2 appointments. I don’t believe there was any reason for her attitude towards me and my family. We would’ve been happy to wait if we were actually early or if a mistake had been made. Next, she seemed to not want to show us any units. She said that she didn’t have much to show, and that they didn’t have any units that we were looking for (even though we didn’t have any specifications). She finally let us see some units after we explicitly asked to see anything available at all. Overall, I felt her behavior was uncalled for and made me disinclined to want to live at the property.
