Alonso was amazing but after reading the reviews, my husband and I decided that Durham Heights was not for us. We have so many problems after the hurricane that we have to be in a place that's safe and can help us move forward.

I wrote a lengthy google review stating how each staff member went above and beyond in every step of the process and how each one of them played a hand in our choice of making Durham Heights our home. We are eagerly awaiting for our welcome home letter and couldn’t be happier about our future at Durham Heights. We’re happy to recommend the property to anyone that will listen.

Everyone I spoke to was kind. However, I found it difficult to get ahold of someone to ask questions after we applied to live there. My calls were rarely answered and my voicemails were occasionally followed up.

It could be better , since I moved in the garage has never worked .

I love living at Durham Heights and hope to renew my lease (as long as my rent doesn't increase). Pros - The complex is cute, love the different art work everywhere, it's cozy and fun. I like the gyms and the pool! The team in the leasing office is absolutely amazing! So nice and the reason I'd love to stay. Cons - I do wish there was a better system for packages, like an Amazon locker system. Lockers decrease theft and would make it so that we're not searching for our packages like a "Where's Waldo" lol. Also, looking forward to the garage door situation to be resolved since it is a security hazard. The doors that roll up never seem to do well with the amount of traffic apartment garages see :/ I'd also love if the hallways were kept cleaner since they can sometimes smell. More frequent carpet cleanings and maybe some scent diffusers in the hallways (I do recognize a lot of the issue stems from tenants, but think this could help combat the smells)? All that to say, I do love living here :)

Kali is awesome. I’d recommend giving instructions on parking. It was a little confusing for my first visit.
