Chavonne sold me from the first initial meeting. She was extremely knowledgeable and it made me feel at home. I’m moving from Cleveland Ohio and this was the first apartments I looked at. Once I left I immediately applied and didn’t even go to the other apartments I had on my list. Love this place and her, I would recommend to anyone.

Alonso was amazing but after reading the reviews, my husband and I decided that Durham Heights was not for us. We have so many problems after the hurricane that we have to be in a place that's safe and can help us move forward.

I wrote a lengthy google review stating how each staff member went above and beyond in every step of the process and how each one of them played a hand in our choice of making Durham Heights our home. We are eagerly awaiting for our welcome home letter and couldn’t be happier about our future at Durham Heights. We’re happy to recommend the property to anyone that will listen.

It was very pleasant to be treated nicely

Everyone I spoke to was kind. However, I found it difficult to get ahold of someone to ask questions after we applied to live there. My calls were rarely answered and my voicemails were occasionally followed up.

It could be better , since I moved in the garage has never worked .

Great experience, assistance was wonderful and very informative.
