Living with my family member

Nothing.The storage was rented by my son. He passed away. Family had been working to clear out the space for several months. Once cleared we didn’t need the space.I have to say that Doug was very helpful and kind.

Could have been better at understanding we were a very small non profit and not have changed the pricing to 300 dollars a month for only housing toys that maybe was worth only 300 dollars from a toy drive. Very rude guy who managed it didn’t understand and didn’t care frankly. We feel as if this establishment stole from children in a shelter just sad!Small non profit, needed small storage local to the area after our annual toy drive. When I called I was given a “special Price” for a month or so. Given it was just a few containers with toys for shelters we help. That changed within a few months

I’ve got not complaints with y’all.. did everything right. Would definitely recommendNeeded it for a brief period

Everything was absolutely perfect and the ( Customer Service ) was over the moon so I wouldn’t change anything.Needed temporary storage until new home was ready
