Absolutely nothing. Doug was AMAZING from start to finish.I moved into a home.

I had to throw away multiple boxes and bags due to the fact that a rat had invaded my unit and left fecal matter and urine everywhere. I understand they cannot control what disgusting people move into their unit, but the fact that I pay $100+ for a small unit and was never compensated or even had my rent prorated is beyond me. You’ll be better off spending your money at a chain storage unit.A rat invaded my unit.

Stop raising our rent on a place that is not as temp controlled as it needs to be to keep mold down in a wet city, which was clearly possible since that occurred for the first 3+ years we were there.We moved out because our stuff was molding in the space. This is a grand departure from how things were working when initially opened. Craig took exquisite care of the place. After he left, everything went downhill.
