Heather was awesome, ive bought several new cars in the past and she was far best sales person I've ever dealt with, she was very confederate as for as or time, she didn't try to talk us into something that we didn't want, mostly the best thing she listened to what we wanted and not what she wanted to sale.. i have been in sales all my life, i worked in the service department as a service advisor for 7 years, so i no when i am dealing with someone who actually listens and delivers!!!! You got a keeper, give her a raise because she definitely deserves one.. thanks for everything, i love my outlander .
