Every one was very nice and answered all my questions patiently.

There was not a lot of parking.Service advisor Grayson was very nice and detailed.

Chairs are worn out and carpet is filthyI posted the same comments last time a gave a review. I would be embarrassed at the service waiting area if I owned it but obviously it doesn’t bother the Gilstrap’s.

The people are great and overall my service was fine, but my service was scheduled for 8AMInitially my wife was going to be waiting for the car, but we decided to leave the car the night before and they would have it all day long.when we got there at 5:30 they were still working on it and we were waiting on it for another 30 minutes. I understand they prioritize jobs but for a 8AM appointment, it should have been done long before 6PM

AMAZING staff! Austin was very friendly and understanding of my needs and concerns buying a new car for the FIRST TIME! Jay was extremely fun to be around and so helpful to Austin, as well as myself and even my 15 year old daughter. Last but not least, Dan…DAN IS THE MAN! I’ve never bought a brand new car and haven’t had a car payment in 15 years, so I was nervous. Dan took the time to break down the financing in a way that I could clearly understand, and even went as far as breaking it down to a daily budget.The entire staff came together and made a long, nerve wracking process very entertaining and enjoyable when spending a day in a car dealership was the last thing I thought I would be doing! Thank you Mr. Gilstrap and wonderful staff!The staff was super friendly, helpful, and I all around enjoyed being there!
