East BAy Post Acute has been a wonderful positive point of progression in my physical and physiological development. The staff here have been handling transitions very well (I've been looking with an observer eye) and the company is one of the best to be found. You have one of the best executive staff, excellent nursing and customer service administrave and your facility has been well maintained. I see people that aren't afraid to take the extra steps to give excellence as a priority. My development is a testimony of your excellent care. I came in crummy, dissatisfied and not willing to give a fair chance and now I can only say "thank God that I made you my choice". Nancy, you are very much so God's blessing. I've seen you apply your people skills, your ability to manage and your ability to let your above board skills work well for this company. Tell LaToya that she to is one of the best at more than affecting doing her job in a very professional manner. No one could ever replace her. I love you all. It's been a great ride, and I'll be back to visit. Carlton L. Trodder

My stay is very very good. The nurses are so nice to me and the therapy staff treats me very well. Carolyn, Callie and Payal in therapy were great in my therapy treatments. Ratika and the activities staff are all very nice. All the CNAs and licensed nurses are also very nice. It was also nice spending time with the other residents in the activity and dinning hall. I want to share my love to all of the CNAs, nurses, therapists, and residents! Thank you Social Services, Admissions, and Dietary staff. Thank you everyone for taking care of me for my stay here! I share my love to all of you!

I rated the acute center excellent for a lot of reason. But compassionate caring responsiveness genuine are the words that come to mind. That's exactly what I experienced while I was a patient at post acute. And that's the care given to all three patients that I witnessed. That's what brings me back whenever I have time to visit and help patients and staff who from being I've drawn closer to from my stay.

5 Excellent I came to East Bay Post-Acute on 05/10/ 2016 and we'll be discharging 05/282016 I had to many injuries to list what I would like to convey is the great care and treatment I received while I was a patient I was treated with courtesy and respect each day the staff would assess my needs and would say things like please let me help you my needs have been more than met. I am so greatfull for my time here not only did I receive care and treatment on a most professional level I learned what it means to be of service to my fellows on a level I never experienced before in life I was treated with care understanding compassion with caring hands I will take the lessons I learned here with me when I leave this facility has thought me how I can be a better person to people less fortunate thank you so much to every one at Easr Bay Post-Acute. A special thanks to Mr. Reggie Goring Administrator for the excellent direction he gives his employees

Most of the nursing staff was very polite and EXTREMELY helpful. They taught me quite a bit about rehab/exercises with the walker and wheelchair. Rehab Team taught me how to safely transfer and maneuver around in my wheelchair, walker, and commode. Without the therapy, I wouldn't be as safe as I would have been if I went home directly from the hospital.
