Everything about the unit was fine, but the price increased steadily over time at a much higher rate than general inflation. I realize that’s a common practice for storage unit companies, but it’s not enjoyable when new customers are definitely getting a better rate.

CubeSmart in Frederick is a brand new facility and they have a contract with another storage unit (East Frederick Self-Storage) which is smaller and older. I was misled when I called the office to make a reservation. The application form did not indicate the name of the storage and my suggestion is to it explict on the application. The staff at the facility were courteous and helpful.
