Attentive care and service, from making my first appt to the procedure date, which was only one day apart

To send someone out to the waiting room after an extraction is VERY uncomfortable. You should not have to return to the waiting room with blood in your mouth and your face swollen. It is uncomfortable for those sitting waiting and those who just had the procedure. It is understandable to have to wait to be checked out however there should be a separate area for those who are coming from treatment.Also, a FYI: I was sent for an extraction referral however, I was not educated by any provider or staff on the benefits of an implant. I was asked if I was going to have one and I stated "No" however, I feel all treatment options should have been explained. I was not aware there could be potential bone loss or shifting of teeth without an implant. This is disappointing.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything that would improve my experience. It was exceptional from start to finish.

I felt like the nurse and doctor didnt have good bedside- it was obvious they were busy and didn’t see my concerns or me as a person. Nothing was explained to me before being sedated i was scared and woke up crying. I am a nurse myself and was deeply disappointed- no one introduced themself to me before providing care.

Feels like all staff are family members and go out of their way to make you welcome and comfortable
