Had a fill in hygienist and it was overall unpleasant . She left the suction hanging in my mouth for 80% of the cleaning which caused me to gag twice ( despite me asking if we could not to that). Flossing was rough/borderline painful. Not sure if she had a medical condition but it was concerning to hear the omnipresent gurgling sound from her chest/throat as she cleaned my teeth in between her singing out loud with the overhead music.

I’m disappointed and frustrated.. I go to the dentist every 6 months and take care of my teeth. This time around they found a huge cavity that now requires a crown. How does that happened in such a short period? Their new AI image scanner actually found the cavity, which wasn’t available 6 months ago. Frustrating this cavity wasn’t found earlier when I could have filled it. The costs are expensive now. There was no onsite doctor one check up. Starting to wonder if things were overlooked.

I was roughly handle when my teeth were being cleaned. Felt like the tool that was doing used was poking at my gums and when I was being flossed, the lady was being very rough even in my gap where she had no reason to be aggressive to floss me

I recently had my second visit to your practice. Never in all of my years of going to the dentist have I gone to my 6-month appointment and been told that the dentist does not need to see me. I went to my appointment stating that I have a problem, and my hygienist took an x-ray and gave me her opinion. I thought that I would also be discussing it with the dentist and coming up with a plan going forward but that never happened. I'm pretty disappointed in the level of care.
