My mother’s care level costs just went up by 600$ a month. Her needs and care did not change at all. The documentation regarding care level is the only thing that changed.Greg Kahler360-503-5450

I would greatly appreciate it if communication improved. While I have noticed some improvements, knowing who to contact for various needs/issues has been unclear more than once- especially when positions are vacated and/or filled.I would like to see care improved. My mom has been a resident there for almost 3 years and (after the pay structure changed), she is paying for care that she does not receive regularly- to the point that I am starting to take notes. I know my mom requires a lot of attention, but we are paying for it so I expect to see that when I come to visit with her granddaughter.

The staff is amazing, so caring and engaging with all the residents. My only concern is with the level of follow through on specific medical needs. For example, changing the water on the humidifier for the exertion has been missed a few times.

I don’t know who is responsible for the care givers who in my experience have been doing an excellent service for our elderly residents but I have noticed a huge turnover in them. Their staff is so important and the turnover is very concerning to me. I would like to know why so many great employees are leaving and the ones replacing them aren’t being trained properly before being left on their own.

My mom was there a year funny when she was on her last leg of life o and the morfeine was induced all of her jewelry disappeared she had her jewelry until then funny no one knew anything doesn’t make any body feel good about this place especially when the staff didn’t even care just said to bad

I find if something is needed or asked, it takes several to get something done, for example I have gotten a new toilet riser, and have told 3 people to have the handi man, please on the toilet, andthis last sunday still not done, so I will have to call and speak to him myself. I don't like the pricesalways going up
