I’m not thrilled about the amount of care givers who do take care of our loved one’s well leaving and the replacements haven’t been giving them their medication when they need them. One care giver had to be told that my mother needed her insulin and was told she didn’t. Later after checking on it this person realized that she In fact did need it. I worry she won’t get her medication if she doesn’t know which ones she needs. There has been a lot of great care givers who have left. What is going on there? Apparently the staff is not being treated well if they are all leaving.
