An overall pleasant experience. It’s fairly clean and quiet with a few exceptions.Would really appreciate some better standards from the HOA on Halloween decor. It was boarderline horrifying and grotesque this year. My kids completely avoided the hang out park because of it.

We really enjoy it. The layout of the neighborhood is impeccable and we love the safety it provides (except the excessive speeding down hope). We wish we had grass in the side yard but other than that we couldn’t ask for anything better.
