At first I drove into the Cadillac service line not realizing that the Mitzubishi service area was behind the building. Perhaps better signage would eliminate any confusion.The service manager was friendly and helpful.

I was advised that my car needed an oil change for its transmission system because the car had been driven for 36,000 miles, and the transmission oil change is recommended at 30,000 miles. I felt sad to hear about that because when I bought my car, it already had 29,000 miles on its mileage. I wish the dealership had been kind enough to change the transmission oil before selling me the car or at least offered me a free transmission oil change at my service visit.Chris Diaz has been wonderful at all of my car service visits! He is always professional and knowledgeable. I trust that he is an invaluable asset to your service department and dealership.
