Just that your service center is top notch. They were able to do what a lot of other “mechanics” couldn’t do. I will always bring my vehicle to these people as long as I own a Mitsubishi.Great Customer Service. Really Put Me at Ease

The manager was available early the next morning to provide me with my vehicle and I was able to drive to work and arrive on time.My vehicle was dropped off after hours.

Waiting room needs some TLC.I believe something was not screwed on well under my hood, as I’ve been hearing something rattling around since I was last there. I was hoping to have already had my car serviced for a part that was to be ordered, so that they could fix or retighten what was loose under my hood.I was to have received a call back for a part to correct a problem on my car. I never received the call back; I called Parts and Service for a week, and never spoke with the Parts person. I also believe something was not screwed on well under my hood, as I’ve been hearing something rattling around since I was last there.It’s very disappointing to not have had my car serviced for a warranty issue, after I was informed that it would be corrected by the following week. Now it is 2 weeks later, I have been calling and leaving messages, and no one has responded. I will be traveling tomorrow, and informed multiple people that I would, in hopes that this would be resolved prior to travel. It’s just very frustrating to not only not have my car repaired, but also experience a huge lack of customer care and service.

The Service Advisor Hayden Hickman is professional and knowledgeable. A awesome young man.This is my 3rd Mitsubishi and the service is well above your average experience at other locations.
