Waiting room needs some TLC.I believe something was not screwed on well under my hood, as I’ve been hearing something rattling around since I was last there. I was hoping to have already had my car serviced for a part that was to be ordered, so that they could fix or retighten what was loose under my hood.I was to have received a call back for a part to correct a problem on my car. I never received the call back; I called Parts and Service for a week, and never spoke with the Parts person. I also believe something was not screwed on well under my hood, as I’ve been hearing something rattling around since I was last there.It’s very disappointing to not have had my car serviced for a warranty issue, after I was informed that it would be corrected by the following week. Now it is 2 weeks later, I have been calling and leaving messages, and no one has responded. I will be traveling tomorrow, and informed multiple people that I would, in hopes that this would be resolved prior to travel. It’s just very frustrating to not only not have my car repaired, but also experience a huge lack of customer care and service.

I canceled my first appt but called and spoke to a person to reschedule. Then I began to get aggravating texts that I had missed my appointment and should reschedule. Right hand, left hand need to coordinateSlow down on the texts on trying to buy our car.

I went in first and oil change to my vehicle. There was no noise at all when I drive. I was told it was my sway bar and rubber around my ball joint and it needed to be changed. Before I came in I had no rattling or no noise under my truck. But all of a sudden I come in for an oil change and normal maintenance check. I need that fix. Before I had no noise or rattling to my vehicle. And it has gotten worse with the rattling as if it has come a lose since I left. I can't afford my my truck that I have been keeping up fir almost close to 3 years to fall apart kust so I can upgrade. I will leave this company and gontoanother place before I resignanother consultant because all of a sudden I need this fixed. When I had no noise under my truck like I got now. Just after I came in for an oil change and normal maintenance check. Very upset.
