Service department gets the job done

NaI was appreciative that I was able to be worked in. Being that I had not had my a full two weeks yet and the malfunction & check engine light was on, and I wasn't aware I had to have an appointment. The service guy was very helpful, understanding, and explained to me what was going on.I had to wait on my car to be serviced bc there were no loaner cars available

I now hear rattling sounds and clicking when I drive or stop. As if something is lose.

Need a bigger facilityThese guys listen carefully and do everything possible to make sure that you are comfortable with your purchase

Issue not correctedII brought my vehicle in for brake replacement to fix a squeal sound. They "fixed" it , but after driving off the issue was still present. I brought it right back and they "fixed" it again. When I drove off, the issue was STILL present. I called and left a message as it was after hours on a Friday. To date, no one has contacted me.

When cleaning my vehicle, the wash job looked very rushed, and the inside was overlooked.Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase just the actions of Clint left a not good impression of the dealership.

When was very professional and everything was done in a very timely manner

The only feedback I have is. If an appointment is set at 8am a customer's should not be there 3 hours for a routine maintenance and oil change. That's was too long to be sitting.
