The apartment we were assigned was not in livable conditions (gross stains everywhere, stained rug, butter knife under a shelf) but once we went to the leasing office, we were given 3 options of different apartments move in ready then we were able to tour and pick which one we’d prefer to move in to. They handled the situation perfectly

The staff here are great and very helpful

Good community I like it but the parking is small at my building I like the landscaping sometimes beautiful to look at

If you can find somewhere better to live, don’t move here worst place ever

Have no major concerns other then the oder from what im assuming is from being painted . Small water leak from handle in shower . Other then not having the unit I was suppose to get ready by my move in date over all had a good experience so far

I love this community, so far it have been very peaceful. My only concern is how fast maintenance issues are handled. I have put in a work order and I am still waiting for the problem to be corrected.

Saira was amazing in helping smooth out the move in process. She was very kind and thoughtful!
