Nice community in a great location. Kinda wish there was central air conditioning for the summer but I was able to install a portable AC.

Lovely place to live, construction has been longer than we were told l and louder than expected. Overall good experience living here so far!

I lowered my rating because I felt like the care for renters has gone down and the upkeep of the grounds has gone down.I realize much of it is the result of the construction, however there could be better management of the project. There is garbage and cigarette butts all over the place, we have lost all our parking stalls which seems excessive 24 hrs. There could be more parking on weekends maybe or evenings because the contractors are parking in the visitor parking which leaves little options when we actually have guests. And now management is reserving two spots for future guests?I really enjoy living in this area and have been happy with the way the buildings have been managed but lately it seems there is less effort.
