I loved living there, modern beautiful luxurious accommodation, close to everything, walking distance to Southgate mall, a bus stop in front of you, beautiful landscaping, it’s magically lit up, I loved walking around, the best maintenance service ever!!! Nothing left undone and always prompt, I will miss it so much!!! Thank you for letting me enjoy your community.

Brian is amazing! Always professional, on time, and does great work in a timely manner. He is accessible, follows up with us with any concerns we may have, and ensures that all maintenance requests we have are dealt with. We trust him, his expertise, and value and appreciate the work he does.

Garbage and recycling bins are sometimes overflowing. Trash and dust from construction site is found around the property and blowing onto individual units. Lack of air conditioning makes the issue with construction dust and noise more annoying.
