Phone query 29/9/24 Even though I knew that the sales dept wasn’t the correct dept that I needed ( it was out of hours for the service dept) the reception staff member did his best to find out the answer to my query Contact re new car - poor, 5hrs after agreed phone appointment and when i missed his call back the next day , i returned the call and left a message I never got a call back!
