I felt so special walking into the wee room and my car waiting on me. Raza went through connecting my phone for Android auto and Audi app. He then gave me time to had a play with controls and a good look over the car. Unfortunately some of the residue from the protective film was missed on the bonnet, but Raza has offered me a full Valet at my convenience to rectify this. Excellent customer service.
