All worked okay. No problems. Generally okay once the issue with alloy was understood. Karen the senior service advisor handled the situation well from there . However I am still waiting to hear when it will be resolved.

Simple to use and easily understandable. My service was carried out promptly and on timeframes explained prior to booking. I received a video of the car and what was needing to be done in the future and the personnel who dealt with me were professional, helpful and friendly.

I was surprised that warning lights came on in my 2 yr old Q2, indicating that car should be driven to service centre! Dave in reception is always calming, reassuring and smiles! Emma then looked after us. She was first rate, providing replacement car, for Friday afternoon - Monday afternoon, calm, efficient and kept in regular contact with updates, such as part ordered, when our Q2 would be repaired. Reassuring, professional, a radiant smile. Emma also checked that we were happy with the replacement car and driving it.
