I was kept up to date throughout the day so there was no need to phone the branch, I received a detailed video from the technician allowing me to see the faults on my car clearly. I was quickly called and authorised the work so that I could get the car back on time, I received a quick turn around upon arrival for my car.

I was able to make a booking online but was then called and told that the slot I had booked was not available and I had to wait two weeks to get the repairs done to my car. Friendly and efficient service from start to finish.

Very easy to do I was going to give it 4 stars but thought that would be harsh. The only point is that when I got the text/email I was told I would get a call 24 hours before just to confirm, but still waiting on that call,
