Your agent Kim Drake really went the extra mile for me. I was trying to buy the car on Wednesday 4th June and during the process my wife unbeknown to me called in and asked her not to sell it to me as she wanted to pay for it as a surprise. Kim went along with this telling me unfortunately it had been sold whilst I was test driving it. I have left a previous review which as a bit unflattering because I did not know about the plot. On my Birthday on the 7th she brought it down to my house and wrapped in in an Audi cover and balloons and my wife brought me outside to see my "present". I think this deserves 5star + to Kim.

Reception guy greeted me very well and organised a coffee while I was to wait for my 1st service of car. Meryl (I think that was her name ) was very attentive as I have hearing and mobility problems. She explained the service sheet.
