I booked in on line but made an error with the dates - I was unable to amend my booking on line so had to phone up Edinburgh Audi and have it changed over the phone. It was all rebooked to my satisfaction but it would have saved Edin Audi and myself time if I had been able to amend it on line Easy to arrange a convenient day and time for the service and MOT. Very nice friendly and helpful staff - both on the front desk and allocated to look after me. Emma Cornett was an exceptionally nice person and so helpful. The pre inspection video was clear and helpful. The service and MOT were carried out efficiently and the drop off and pick up again was well organised.
