Kari always goes above and beyond. I haven’t had the best time with my Audi with numerous problems but since Kari has overseen my servicing/repairs/tyres etc, the service has been great! She really is an asset to the team.

I didn’t receive the video of my car health check and although the car was meant to have been washed it definitely had not been washed properly and was not up to the usual standards when it has been in to your garage.
